Our first appointment was very impressive. You welcomed us with a beaming heart that set an instant tone of wedding in the air. I admired your performance. Your presentation was conducted in a very professional manner. Your knowledge and hints added sparkles in the wedding plans. You answered all of our questions and added great ideas for the reception like the overlays. The overlays made each table a conversation piece. You were a ray of light that Gretchen and I needed to mold the final wedding details. Your direction to finalize all the wedding details was perfectly accomplished. Everything was above and beyond our expectations for our wedding day and the day truly was magical. JoAnn, throughout the whole process, you were a huge help to me and it was almost like you were my mom helping me plan.
